THE SPACE This house consist of two suites. The downstairs suite has 2 bedrooms and one bath. Including a remodeled kitchen. The bedrooms are set at either end of the apartment giving guest privacy for each other during their stay. The bathroom has just been fully renovated and features a tub with shower and tiled floors. The furnishings include a mix of antiques and modern furniture. Each room will have a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV in it. There is a king-size bed in each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked for those who choose to eat in. The upstairs suite has the same lay out with 2 bedrooms and on bath. Including a remodeled kitchen. Each unit has a private porch and a door that locks to the street giving you added safety on the porch. You'll find luxury linens on every one of the King beds along with one pull-out sofa. There are 4 king beds and 2 pull out couches. There is a dining table in both living rooms with seating for four people. Enjoy the abundance of natural light throughout the house and feel the breeze on the wonderful porches on both levels. You will have access to the entire property. There is one owner closet located in the home. There will be (2) parking spaces with this property. GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.  -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday - $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays *On-site luggage storage is available for $10 per bag.   *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest. This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227. Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am. 10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion . Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!!!
