Nestled on historic Cannon Street, this charming abode ensures convenience during your stay. 🏡 Accessed through its own private entrance and up a charming porch staircase, 'Heritage Haven' seamlessly integrates dining and lounge areas on the first level. Lofty vaulted ceilings in the living room create an inviting space for communal gatherings. 🛏️ The bedrooms, along with a full bathroom, are on the second floor, while a convenient half bath is located on the first floor. Enjoy a lavish King Size bed in the master bedroom, complemented by another King Size bed and a Queen Size bed in the guest rooms. Premium linens and towels add to your comfort. 🥘 A fully equipped kitchen on the first floor meets your culinary needs. Guests have exclusive access to both floors, with well-lit and easily accessible spaces prioritizing safety. 🚗 Parking is available on the street for one car, with a provided pass for stays of three days or less. For longer stays, consult with our team for parking arrangements in nearby garages. Your getaway at 'Heritage Haven' promises comfort, convenience, and a touch of historic charm Potential for noise (like street noise ,noisy neighbors, or construction) but 10PM quiet hours is followed GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team. *Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. * *The Wonderer also reserves the right to change prices and availability is not guaranteed without a confirmed day pass. *Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. *We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available for an ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival* *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County *No parties *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside) *No firearms *Abide to quiet hours (10 pm - 8am)  *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations) *Citywide Construction - Please note that our city is continually growing and evolving, which means construction in various areas is ongoing.
