Nestled on St. Philip Street, The Rosewood enjoys a prime location, a mere block away from the historic charm of King Street. Parking is a breeze with the convenience of an available driveway.
The residence unfolds with an open floor plan, featuring a dining area for six and a living room adorned with high vaulted ceilings—ideal for group gatherings and shared meals. Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a retreat with flat-screen Roku-powered TVs and King or Queen-sized beds, allowing you to unwind in comfort. Basic login credentials are provided, but feel free to personalize your entertainment experience.
The first level hosts a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with basic cooking and kitchenware essentials. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring privacy and security in a well-lit environment. Parking your vehicle in the driveway adds to the convenience, offering a stress-free experience during both arrival and departure. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.
*Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown.
*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.
*Please also note that the property manager is not the same company as The Wonderer and offers
this as an added perk. If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to
availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit
at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff. *

*Pet policy: Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.
*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.
*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
