THE SPACE Our spacious 2-floor home, ‘The Spritz’, is ideal for groups of up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one-half bath. Located just off Warren Street, the is a prime location with off-street driveway parking! Accessed by its own entrance/exit, Spritz features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Second-floor master bedroom features a king-size bed, and luxury linens, and is complete with a full ensuite bath. Two guest bedrooms are also located on the second level, with a full guest bathroom off of the main bedroom hall. Each of the guest bedrooms with its own Queen-size bed and luxury linens. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level. The kitchen also features a spacious center island with a built-in breakfast bar with seating. Second-floor porch off of the master overlooks a spacious landscaped backyard with illuminated palm trees and a cozy patio with seating. Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. Easily accessible and well-lit for your safety. You will park your car(s) in the driveway to the right of the home. You may have to open the gate if not already. It is a single lane driveway. This is a very narrow driveway and is ideal for compact cars. SUV's will fit but it is an extremely tight driveway. Vehicles wider than 83" will have the most difficulty accessing the driveway. GUEST ACCESS: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events. *Day Passes are for an extra cost. Pricing is created by the Wonderer, guest will receive a link after booking to see cost breakdown. *Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay.
