Great amenities , great family atmosphere, comfortable rooms, bathroom very clean, breakfast was wonderful, located in a great area. Coffee shops and other eateries nearby.

Located next to the visitor center and concert hall, it has good restaurants and is within walking distance of the main historic district. The building is a bit old, but it's clean and safe. It's quiet at night, but I noticed quite a few guests, including many older tourists, at breakfast.

The room was clean just a little dated as far as furnishings. Great location and on site parking garage is a plus.

The location of the Hampton Inn is fantastic. About a 20 min walk to downtown and 10-15 minutes in any direction gets you plenty of restaurants. The hotel is right across from the main pick-up stop for the free shuttle that takes you to all the main places. The breakfast was ok. Normal hotel fare. The staff, especially the front desk were top notch! Very helpful and kind. Our room had an issue with getting the AC to run correctly. We froze a lot! We reported it and they sent someone in but it didn’t really work right.

Great location- easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the city. Hotel could use an update with furniture and bathrooms. Was too cold to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Rooms were good size. Breakfast options were good. HI location was close to Charleston places to visit, restaurants, and shopping.
