Very nice hotel. Middle of downtown so walking was the way to go. I would have liked to know that it was valet only, which I dont like, and the fact that it was going to cost me 98 bucks for the 2 days we were there...I might have chosen a different place. But overall it was nice. Big room, small tvs but we were out exploring, and you have full control over the AC. The hotel itself is the original Citadel which is really awesome staying in a piece of history.

The hotel is very very old. The rooms are with carpet, dark, furniture also very old. I do not recommend this hotel.

Loved everything about this property, the staff were kind and welcoming - helped us set up some activities we enjoyed in the city - the room was clean and serviceable (loved the re-purposed building from what this structures used to be, gave it a historical vibe), and all amenities were top-notch. The daily text message from our check-in clerk kept us tethered and able to bring things to their attention, if needed.

Staff were all great, very helpful. Great breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening. Great atmosphere overall. Conveniently located as well. Walking distance to many restaurants.

The hotel needs to up updated. Carpets, furniture need to be replaced. The sheets were rough( not typical of a Hilton property) The bed was otherwise comfortable. The room size was good. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. We did not find time to attend the evening cocktail hour. Housekeeping did a good job tidying the room daily. The person who checked us in was not pleasant, but the rest of the staff we encountered was nice and helpful.

From the moment we walk in the door was welcome a large and I mean large arrangetof fresh flowers. The building itself was lovely cozy warm decorated beautifully. Rooms were large and spacious and in the heart of the histrionic district

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the hotel. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a very pleasant staff. The room was big and clean. The breakfast had a lot of options. What we really liked was that there was bottled water available for guests. My husband travels a lot for work, and he said that this was the first time there was free water. In addition, there was a happy hour with complimentary drinks! It was nice to sit, relax and have a beverage in the lobby. Finally, after talking to Justin, we booked multiple trips. We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was the best part. For such a nice hotel on the outside the inside doesnt no reflect the same. At 2 am our ceiling started leaking and we had to mive to a room two stories up. The staff was accomodating but the inside needs some TLC. Staaf gets 5 star hotels itself 1
