A lot has been remodeled though there is still work to be done. Room was clean, the area felt safe and could not have been more convenient to my plans. Plenty of breakfast options including low carb. For the money spent I was well impressed.

The vending machines were horrible. Pool was nasty outside. Seem to not be safe place. It was clean.

Staff was excellent. Property needs an upgrade. Poor room lighting. None entering the room. Plenty of space. Add a desk. Excellent refrigerator. Hallway needs a better paint job. Add a business center with at least a computer and a printer. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to public transportation and to downtown. Add diet soda to the vending machine for diabetics.

We stopped overnight during a road trip. The hotel was easy to find and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

No phone in room. Coffee maker not working. Finicky thermostat, room temp diffecult to manage. Stain on the chair(upholstery) Room seems clean.

The area around the hotel seemed sketchy and there were a few homeless people hanging around outside. Breakfast was tasty and the room was clean. Not many people staying here and it seems like things weren’t fully set up for breakfast. The coffee pod didn’t work for the pot in the room.

I found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Thur location was walking distance from the Charleston Coliseum. I did not feel unsafe walking around but be prepared to see homeless people on benches here and there.

the hallway was musty and had wet smelly carpet. otherwise the room was clean and the staff were friendly
