Great Stay. Location wise, mostly walking distance around downtown even capitol market. Very convenient. Cleanliness is good. Wifi is good. Many commented about hot water unavailable. But its alright. Its warm water. Good enough to have refreshing shower during winter. Breakfast, basic American Breakfast which is fine for what price we pay.

The overall experience was great. The hotel was mostly clean. The air conditioning in our room was in working order however it was busted up some. The bathroom however left much to be desired. It looked like an old hotel had a slum-lord special. The bath tub was cracked in a few places and the toilet didn't have a seat that fit, it only covered half of the toilet. It also had a 6 inch shelf sticking out from behind it that made it uncomfortable. I would stay here again just because it's in such close proximity to Women's and Children's and its fairly clean other than the bathrooms ran down looking.

Nice place. Great location. There were a few flaws, such as with the toilet and some water temperature inconsistency. But an amazing value overall.

Toilet was too low and wish the coffee pots were better. Bed was super comfortable and room was very clean and presentable.

The property need attention bad. The elevators where out and dirty and out dated. My door to mybroom wouldnt lock. Over all place needs some attention.

Hotel room was very clean and very up to date furniture. Very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the easy accessibility to downtown Charleston and the surrounding attractions. Very easy to get to getting off of the highway. Very good breakfast in the morning. Nice hot water in the shower. If I ever go back to Charleston I’ll be staying here again. Got a courtesy call from the front desk a short time after check in to make sure the room was suitable and up to standard. Very well done.
