The hotel is a quaint place in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. Wonderful breakfast! However, we forgot a bottle of wine we had purchased in the room and they failed to inform us even though we didn’t get our car from valet for several hours after checkout AND they identified us as the people that checked out when we picked it up. Sure, it was our fault that we forgot it but I expected a higher level of service from this hotel.

Loved our stay, below are a few things to improve upon: 1. Booked a King, hotel received reservation for a Queen. 2. No way to darken the room, light filtered in greatly from Plantation shutters and from the hallway light through the door.
