Comfort Suites Charleston West Ashley

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and the General Manager Rodney went above and beyond to return an item of importance that my husband left in the room after check out. Will definitely be returning to this spot on our next trip.

The staff, housekeeping all very nice and attentive. I like the fact that they try to keep the reception/ check-in area, clean, organized and particularly, the elevators mopped well and the chroma in the elevators wiped and free of hand marks. Housekeeping, try’s very hard each day , they do a very good job, when needed. “One thing” I have to say, your bathroom vanities, definitely needs a face left. The size bathroom is nice, it just needs the vanity upgrade.

Great spot for a quick stay… but the breakfast was a bit to be desired! And while the front desk was AMAZING… the breakfast staff was very lack luster for lack of better words!

Courteous staff, clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. I very much enjoyed my stay.🙂

The rooms were very clean, spacious and very homey. The staff at the front desk and kitchen staff were super friendly and helpful. Siri was the first person we met when checking in and she was really sweet, polite and helpful.

The room was spotless and more than we expected. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Definitely exceeded our expectations.
