La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charleston Riverview

Overall had a good experience, room was clean,check in was a breeze, staff was friendly,breakfast was was refreshing along with breakfast staff, would book again with next visit to Charleston 

This is an older building that is starting to show its age. Needs maintenance on many of the doors and locks. The banisters are loose on the stairwells on the old building with exterior doors. Very thin walls so you're going to hear people's conversations, televisions, and of course if they're shouting around. If you just need a place to lay your head, the price isn't too bad.

Outside of the door being hard to open and having to pay for parking. Great location and service.

Booked for 2 days, cancelled 1st day before the cancel deadline, no refund. Arrived the second night. The room looked dated but clean. Later noticed the rust on the door, table lamps, drawer handles, Black furry crap on the vent, TV doesn't work, phone doesn't work, broken door lock, the toilet seat was flopping around loose as a goose. Then the next morning noticed mold on one of the pictures. This was the worst hotel ever. Trip.com would not honor the cancelation even though I canceled before 4:00 pm the prior day.

Hotel has a good location next to Private Marina & California Dreaming Restaurant and Bar. A lot of Parking spaces. They are very dog friendly.

I stayed here at the Wyndham in Charleston, South Carolina. while i was in between my house closings. They have been very helpful here. It's very clean. The amenities are great, and the location is excellent. You feel like you're at home. I would suggest to anybody to stay at that hotel.
