房間中規中矩，套房不錯，有個客廳。服務很一般，入住時前台接待非常冷漠，預訂了第二天早上班車去機場，班車遲到了，前台服務生根本不管班車何時到達，全靠自己去門口侯着，真是服務太差了

Stuck at Charlotte when my flight was canceled due to weather, got to the hotel after midnight, staff was available and capable, room had a working /living room area, great for getting computer work done

As a frequent traveller - I have never enjoyed a hotel as clean as this one. The on sight dining was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. This is a property that others should aspire to be like.

I was over charged $55.97 without my consent. I have sent atleast 20 follow ups with no appropriate responses. It appears like Hilton hotels cheat customers with over charging and not able to explain why they charge customers. They have no room services even after requested one at front desk. At Hilton Airport hotel, Hotel Manager Brian is horrible to work with. My customer experience is hitting rock bottom for Hilton hotels. I consent to get charted $10 for parking for one night and have no clue how I got charged $57.97. There is no explanation.

Staff was extremely friendly and hotel was clean and modern! We had to book last minute due to a flight issue and they were able to accommodate. Very nice for an airport hotel and I would return stay. Also appreciated that they had complimentary airport transportation

Though I have requested for room service before 10am EST, I didn't have anyone cleaned my room, and on top of it, they asked me to request the service before noon since no room service will be provided after noon.
Elevators are only at one corner so it was a long walk with luggage and kids to the other end of the hotel. Though there is plenty of outside parking available, I don't understand why Hilton had to charge extra for parking. This is not customer friendly. Finally, the breakfast is very expensive and there is no complimentary one available and no eatery places close so it became hard to have good meals with younger kids.
