Booked a little weekend getaway for me and my boyfriend. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was well made and comfortable. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and had a change or two each day to keep it interesting. Conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of a lot of great restaurants. Staff was very nice and pleasant. Checking in and out was a breeze. Front parking was limited but this also was due to quite a large party of people (2 travel busses worth) who also booked this same weekend. The pool and hot tub were clean, they do provide pool towels, only one of the days were we without because there were a lot of kids rotating in and out of the pool. Overall, it was very nice and I'd definitely book here again!

Front staff were all extremely friendly. There was a weird smell in our room, sort of a chemical odor. The location was very close to downtown so that was convenient.

The restaurant's bagels were moldy, yet they were still serving them to customers. After a complaint, they said they would replace them with new ones, showing a complete lack of conscience in providing food.

I booked a suite hotel and they gave me a regular room for 5 days. Because it snowed, I wanted to go back one day earlier, but the hotel refused to refund me one day's room rate. The hotel breakfast is not good, so it is better to buy it yourself. There is nothing to eat. It is too bad compared with Chinese hotels. The breakfast is negligible. I stayed here once before and it was pretty good. The second time I stayed here, the experience was a little bit worse. I guess it was mainly because I stayed here on the weekend and there were many guests in the hotel. I found that the soundproofing of the hotel was very poor. Also, the cleaning was not as good as before. The floor of the room I was assigned when I first checked in was sticky and there were stains on the bed sheets. After negotiating with the hotel to change rooms, I found that one of the beds in the second room also had dirty stains. I'm just speechless 😅
