Beautiful hotel, with an excellent location, the pool is very good, and the breakfast is of very high quality.

Just got back from a fantastic stay at the Aroeira Lisbon Hotel - Sea & Golf, and honestly, we had a blast! 😊 What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone: Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely. The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys. Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch. It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely! Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access. Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! We'll definitely be back when we're next near Lisbon. Highly recommend!👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Destacar a simpatia e preocupação dos funcionários. Quer na recepção, quer na limpeza e mesmo no restaurante. Pequeno almoço bom, somente a melhorar o sumo de laranja que estava muito diluído.

Queríamos reportar uma ocorrência desagradável. Chegamos ao hotel no dia 26.12.2025 às 20 horas e deparamo-nos com uma recepção vazia e um átrio deserto. Aguardamos algum tempo e tentamos chamar alguém, sem sucesso. Passados 20 minutos de espera, sai subitamente de uma porta dissimulada na parede, uma recepcionista apressada que se dirige ao computador, brindando-nos secamente com "Boa noite". Respondi "Boa noite" acrescentando "estamos há 20 minutos à espera numa recepção deserta". Tivemos como resposta, de olhos fixos no computador, "estava na minha pausa de jantar". Nunca nos tinha acontecido... De resto, o hotel é acolhedor e agradável, e as interações com os restantes funcionários decorreram normalmente, sendo os mesmos profissionais e atenciosos. Recomendamos o hotel, desde que os hospedes possam evitar as "pausas para refeições" da recepção.
