Reviews of Terrace Resort Chatan West

The location is okay, not too far in and within walking distance to a convenience store. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but the room itself was very nice and clean. I really liked how quiet and peaceful it was

Room was of great size and all basics provided for 2 people. Location is central to our needs. Beds were hard as is typical in Japan.. suggest extra pillows as the small ones provided were no where near good.. Overall great for price and location.

The place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours. The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet. Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet. In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

Only problem was the check in is until 9pm!!! 😌

Terrace Resort West is located just 7min walk away from Sunabe pier, and it was a lovely and comfortable stay overall! Spacious, clean, sufficient amenities provided & even a stove and washer & dryer. The staff were very friendly too!

The TV is great, lots of space to shower and bath in the toliet, we can even clean our clothes, it was a good experience.

It is a residence room, and the living room and bathroom were spacious, making it very suitable for two people. Basic cooking utensils were provided, and having a microwave made it convenient to heat up simple meals after shopping nearby. It was clean in every corner, but the bedding seemed a bit worn and had a damp smell. I think it would be perfect if this aspect were improved. It was convenient to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. However, only one small and one large towel are provided per person, and if you stay for two nights, you have to wash them before using.

I felt that the unmanned entry machine was not suitable for elderly people. The room was compact and well-equipped, which was nice.

It's a good value for money for three people. The location is a bit of a walk from Ameville... It's been so hot lately, I'm a little nervous. ㅜㅡㅜ I wish they had bike rentals. ㅠㅠ The air conditioning is a bit weak. Avoid it in the summer.

The hotel was actually quite affordable, but the downsides were that the room floors were dirty, including the tatami mats, which were covered in dust. There was also a lot of lint on the beds. The kitchen utensils and pots were badly scratched and unsuitable for guests. Additionally, the bathtub in the bathroom was completely displaced and broken, posing a safety concern.

A fantastic hotel stay, and the company president was wonderful. Thank you!
