Scenic view from a nice terrace. Good restaurant, reservation required to get a table.
The hotel doesn't have air conditioning which is hard at 36°C outside temperature. Rooms to the street are rather noisy in the moring (if window is open due to lack of air conditioning), lake view rooms are more expensive. There is nothing around so you are fixed to the hotel's service, which is O.K.

I needed 6 rooms and a restaurant booking for 12 in 45 days so I called. I was told on the phone to write an email. So I wrote. When I had the answer in the evening, I took it to my group for confirmation. I answered back at noon the next day and, very bad surprise, there were not enough rooms left. Why did the hotel not have the courtesy to wait say 24h for my response ? Because they "can not afford it". They however did not mind losing our time.

De passage dans le coin, nous nous sommes arrêter dans cet hôtel et nous avons bien fait. Emplacement de choix avec une superbe vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Une chambre impeccable et un services aux petits oignons. Les employés sont adorables ! Allez y les yeux fermés!

Chambre confortable, propre, bonne literie. Bémol: la douche donne directement sur l’extérieur, on est obligé de fermer le store pour avoir de l’intimité. Chambre côté route, bruyant.
Restaurant de l’hôtel est bon. Service sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner.

Hôtel agréable avec vue sur le lac de Gruyère et parfaitement situé sur le chemin de Fribourg
Les :
• chambre double avec vue prairie/lac 😎, très bonne literie et bon aménagement, joli balcon filant
Très bonne brasserie avec terrasse extérieure
Les - :
• chambre non climatisée et n’avons pas trouvé où baisser le chauffage mis. La réception que nous avons tenté de joindre 3 fois vers 23h avait un disque vocal « personnel occupé ».
• la route qui passe non loin peut se montrer bruyante malgré le double ou triple vitrage (elle n’était pas vraiment mentionné sur *******)
