Superb location. just 1 min from the mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking (costs AUD25) is also very convenient. House keeping deserves Kudos! Did not try the restaurant at the hotel (there are plenty of choices nearby). After staying in the 2 popular hotels in Chatswood area, we can conclude Silkari is definitely the better one.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on bed runner from previous guest. There was floss on bathroom floor. The TV remote was very dirty. Overall , cleanliness was an issue and made our stay unpleasant.

It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel. Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.

We stayed a week in silkari. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great, there are a variety of restaurants to choose and also takeaway.

Generous suite Very comfortable bed Two TVs including one in the bedroom with free movies Well equipped kitchen The kitchen was a bit greasy from long term tenant use and the furniture also reflected this in scuffs Very close to shops and train Very friendly and helpful staff Overall though great stay

Second stay, great location, complete and comfortable indoor sanitation and facilities. But this time the corridor was not clean, the carpet was dirty, and the handrails in the elevator were loose and about to fall off.

The hotel is good overall, and the shopping mall is within walking distance. But the cleaning situation of the hotel is very outrageous and weird. The cleaning was stopped halfway and a bag of garbage with strong odor from other rooms was left in the room. I don't understand how this happened. I told the front desk but they didn't take it seriously at all, as if it was normal.
