The room is spacious and in good condition. It's right behind Hamilton Place, so it's good for eating and shopping, but the hotel is on a hill so you have to go down.

This Hampton Inn is the most upscale one I’ve stayed in. There were sconces and art work in the hallways, an indoor pool, beautiful lobby, large breakfast area, and work station/area. They upgraded me to a king suite, which was a surprise. I was in town because my mother had passed away so I was able to host family members. The breakfast was hot, varied and amazing! I come here often to visit my family and will always stay here. It’s my new home away from home.

I like how the property seems separate unto itself; away from the mall with loads of shopping and dining—yet the hotel is still very close to it all.

No WiFi. Tv kept going in and out the whole stay. Very disappointing. Never had those issues before and we’ve used this hotel many times. For the price should have better amenities.

We know what to expect when we stay at a Hampton. Comfy beds, assortment of pillows and a microwave/fridge. Hampton has a much better breakfast than most chain hotels which is a plus.
This particular Hampton needs a little more attention to the bathroom. The walls had just been wiped down, not cleaned and there was mildew under the soap dish.
Other than that, it was a great stay.

We always stay at Hampton and I can never complain. At checking in the lady was such a great host. At 10pm no one is ever that cheery and nice.
