Booked this because it was close to downtown but it’s very isolated in a not great area. Room was fine, no complaints but exterior doors were very noisy and staff did the seem to be around much.

Very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were amazing. Very accommodating on last minute late check out. Will stay here again.

Place had an odd smell, was not fresh smelling like other hotels we have stayed in. The smell was all in the second floor. Sheets did not smell fresh and clean.

Love everything with the exception of the bed (super hard, felt I was sleeping on a table), good soft pillows but very tiny, and the sheets felt like plastic. But everything clean, quiet, great breakfast, great location.

Should state almost down town. As it was easy to get downtown from hotel! Very good value. Would have been an excellent value if coffee was any good.

Bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was threadbare in places. The breakfast was sad - no water was out, the coffee was terrible with wasteful creamer packets and plastic wrapped Styrofoam cups. I heard a staff say a toilet was overflowing. The lobby had a convex mirror so the staff could see who was approaching them from behind. That felt telling. For an inexpensive place this was fair. I didnt feel unsafe per se but I don't think I will go back.

Poor attention at front desk (the girl was talking on the AirPods all the time)
They didn’t clean our room.
We didn’t get hot breakfast one of the mornings.

Uuumm the pull out couch was broken. It was gross to touch. The Manager was kind to move us however it felt dingy and stale. The staff was kind but the hotel could use some work.
