Our stay was quite good except for the AC/heater that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. They switched us to a room where the thermostat was not working at all but thankfully we could adjust the temperature at the machine. Some preventive maintenance is needed here.

Nice and new property, they have a nice breakfast with variety of diffent food. Rooms are a littlest small but efficient.

Room is too small, with the bed taking up most of the space. The hardwood floors transmit too much noise. All evening, I heard thumps and bumps form upstairs guests. Traffic noise was excessive, although the noise stopped by 11 pm for the most part. Would not stay at this property again, although I thought the price was fair for the unit.

It was clean and convenient to where we needed to be located. This is my first and last experience at a True hotel in this area. Bathroom commode loose, toilet paper holder loose, sink spigot was hard to work. I did like the soap and shower head water pressure. Front desk staff at night was not as friendly as could have been.

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly and inviting. The only downside are the thin walls. We could easily hear the other rooms.

We loved our stay at tru, staff was always very friendly and accommodating, definitely will stay here on our next trip to Chattanooga
