friendly clean and extremely helpful

This has been my go to place for after procedures at Chelsea hospital. This time they have added a 25 dollars charge to check in early, and another 25 dollars if you need to stay an extra hour (as I sometimes do before I am able to travel). When a place tries to dig more money out of your pocket for a courtesy, it is time to look for a new hotel.

Nice staff, easy to find location, redone rooms and hallways, adequate parking that is all lit. Comfortable bed and Direct TV. Breakfast is just the basics but enough to get you going.

Very convenient and quiet. Nicely appointed and clean rooms. Wish the pool had been warmer — too cold to use. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel was clean and neat, the bed comfortable, and the staff was helpful and courteous. The one downside for us was the breakfast. Only carbs available, no protein items like eggs or sausage. We elected to buy breakfast and bring it in. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Clean, staff nice. The curtains were shredded. I don't believe the price I was charged was the same as I was quoted. I could not find my original information.

Room was clean. bathroom old bathtub very old Needs upgrade, especially charging 200.00+ for a room. Very pricey for that area. People pay it because there is nothing else in the area, until the other hotel is done. Two young girls working the desk, seemed sooo happy to he working there. 🙄

For the price, it was a good hotel. Nothing fancy, little beat up furniture, but mostly clean. Simple breakfast. Polite staff.

Staff was friendly, felt safe, clean pool area, laundry room was clean and useful for my long stay, breakfast had healthy options and clean.
