friendly clean and extremely helpful

Very comfortable bed & pillows. Good TV, but weak wi-fi. Noisy heater/air conditioner. Sheer window curtains were in shreds & need replacing; some chipped furniture also. Odd smell in hallway & in room. The hotel overall could use some sprucing up. Very minimal amenities. Breakfast okay, but less options than other hotel chains in this same category (only hot option is waffle-maker). Good parking on-site & hotel is easy to get to from highway and is close to downtown Chelsea.

The curtains were torn to pieces. No way to block out the light. For $300 a night i expected much more!

Easy and convenient to the Chelsea downtown area. Clean and quiet. I needed a place to stay near Dexter and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg—this hotel was perfect and very reasonable

Only 1 coffee in room. No water glasses. 2 towels. Did not clean/restock room after our first of 2 nights.

This has been my go to place for after procedures at Chelsea hospital. This time they have added a 25 dollars charge to check in early, and another 25 dollars if you need to stay an extra hour (as I sometimes do before I am able to travel). When a place tries to dig more money out of your pocket for a courtesy, it is time to look for a new hotel.

Nice staff, easy to find location, redone rooms and hallways, adequate parking that is all lit. Comfortable bed and Direct TV. Breakfast is just the basics but enough to get you going.

Very convenient and quiet. Nicely appointed and clean rooms. Wish the pool had been warmer — too cold to use. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The hotel was clean and neat, the bed comfortable, and the staff was helpful and courteous. The one downside for us was the breakfast. Only carbs available, no protein items like eggs or sausage. We elected to buy breakfast and bring it in. Otherwise a nice hotel.
