Lots of spiders and webs everywhere. A big one on the window. Staffs very kind helped to open the window and put it outside, however the window seems can’t close properly, so that my kids are refused to get in the bathroom. Found some spiders after that as well, toilets are not too clean. I booked for 3 nights with very late check in around 8pm and wish for check out after 1 night of uncomfortable, we made the request at 8:30am the next morning. Travel agent helped to negotiate and finally they agreed to refund one night only. Also hotel do not want to refund unused 2 days of parking fee. Receptionist lady changed her attitude after we asked for refund of parking fee, terrible!! I do not recommend this hotel for stay to anyone but restaurant staffs and food are good.

Location is good, beautiful building, room is nice, bed is comfortable! However, the meals were really so so. For such a price, I would expect of a higher quality in overall. We had dinner and breakfast there, the dinner was better, but breakfast not worth a try.

When I arrived, I found that it was a boutique hotel under the brand, which was very unique. The restaurant downstairs was very good and dinner was recommended.

An old, beautiful and decent hotel. The door of the hotel is very small, but it does not affect the temperament of the hotel. The bathroom door is very old, but the water pipes and shower equipment are very good. The automatic heating of the towel hanger is very user-friendly. History is shown everywhere. The location is super good and it is convenient to go everywhere. Cheltenham is a beautiful place. I don't regret choosing the Queen's Hotel.
