Upon arrival the welcome was great however shortly after checking into our room we were then made aware there was no hot water which was disappointing and our room was cold! So they did give us a heater to help and by the morning the water was back on. We did use the spa however the way the spa is marketed online make it look 'amazing' well I would just say I wouldn't stay here just for the spa. We did have some drinks in the bar however waited quite some time for the barman to come over and upon ordering what I would say is a classic cocktail 'Old fashioned' the barman had no clue how to make one, again another disappointment.

The room was upgraded, but the heating was out on the first day, so there was no hot water and it was very cold. The heating leaked on the second day. The class I signed up for was canceled at the last minute. Aside from these issues, the food was good, and there were fun things to do nearby.
