Arrived to Chelyabinsk for the first time. Colleagues recommended this hotel and already at check-in (01 AM) I felt this was a great hotel. Very friendly and professional staff greeted me, even showed me to the excellent room on the 18th floor. Cozy comfortable interior in the room, clean and well-maintained. General areas of the hotel adds to the overall impression. Once in this hotel - always here. Thanks for a first class stay. I will return.

Прекрасный Сервис, чистый, красивый отель, для меня всегда крайне важно качественно подобранные хим средства при клининге (аллергия) тут не малейшего намека на посторонние запахи, номер идеально прибранный, девушки на ресепшн- очень внимательные, вежливые ( мы приехали в притык перед моей бизнес-встречей, нас заселили, без проволочек, после я приехала и мы всё оформили). Румсервис- (Даниил) на высоте, всё для клиента! Мы ездили с мужем, я ооочень довольна. При въезде, в номере накрутили лебедей и положили милый подарочек- конфеты ручной работы. Был завтрак- ресторан, где классический интерьер совещается со стеклянным куполом в облака, много воздуха, как везде приятное обслуживание🙏🏻 Есть зона спа (бассейн, хамам, финская сауна, вроде бы джакузи), тут стоит добавить средства для клиента (лосьоны, мецилярную воду… но в целом нормально.

Удобное (для меня) расположение, на такси было удобно добираться до любой точки. Персонал приветливый, номер чистый, просторный, несколько подушек на выбор. Шторы плотные. Соседей не слышно. Самый большой плюс-классный, очень разнообразный завтрак, а также большой бассейн и полноценная тренажерка, а не урезанная как обычно в отелях.

Отличный отель, был в Челябинске проездом в апреле , понравились цены, отношения персонала всём рекомендую в номере чисто комфортно, если ещё буду в вашем городе обязательно выберу ваш отель очень понравилось

Качество и сервис. Разве этого мало? Чисто -да. Не шумно- да Красиво- да Комфортно - да Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак -да. Услужливый (в хорошем смысле) персонал -да. Чистые номера - да Хорошее постельное бельё -да

Все было очень замечательно!! Благодарю отель за внимательность, подарки к дню рождения!!! Чуть чуть огорчила раскладушка на третьего человека в номере, ну хотя бы кресло кровать)))
