The hotel is quite beautiful, the room is large, the bed and the bathroom are also big, the water in the sink is too big or the pool is too low, the water will splash when washing, there is a tool for ironing, it is very suitable for business travel, we Stayed for 2 nights, because it was a job, the trip was rushed, and I didn't enjoy other entertainment facilities in the hotel. If I come back next time, I still live here.

The front desk has good English, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is very good. It is about 12 minutes' walk from the Chinese restaurant. The soundproofing is a bit poor. If it is a quiet neighbor next to it, it would be better.

Теперь о минусах. Уважаемое руководство! Без обид, но ваш отель было бы уместнее разместить в греческом городе Пафос, уж настолько вы его преподносите во всем. Но комфортно отдохнуть, увы, не получилось. Для начала научите персонал встречать гостей. Вероятно, после многочасовой дороги наш внешний вид не совсем соответствовал вашим ожиданиям, но это не повод встречать нас фразой: «Вам что-то здесь подсказать?». При этом должным образом ничего об отеле не рассказали и не показали. Если один из швейцаров открывает дверь, помогает донести вещи, здоровается, то второй при виде посетителей спешит покинуть своё рабочее место. В ресторане официант соизволила подойти только через 20 минут при том, что кроме нас посетителей не было. Не представилась, не повторила заказ. Забыла принести барное меню и видимо из-за своей лени предложила скачать его по QR-коду. Хотя, когда мы его увидели, желание заказать вино отпало. 300 мл Pino Grigio за 3000 рублей? Вы серьезно? Предложите что-то эксклюзивное и действительно стоящее за эту цену. Касаемо качества самой еды: утка оказалась безвкусной, хотя подача была хорошая и гарнир понравился; жареные баклажаны зачем-то посыпали сахарной пудрой, сделав их чересчур сладкими (официант тоже удивился, зачем, ведь ни в меню, ни в рецепте этого ингредиента нет); ростбиф средненький; грибной суп вкусный, да; хлеб за 400 рублей могли бы подать и свежеиспечённый. За эти деньги можно поужинать в мишленовском московском ресторане и насладиться более качественными блюдами. Касаемо минибара в номерах: сухарики «3 корочки» за 200 рублей и 50 грамм Бехеровки за 1000 рублей. Видимо, пяти звёздам вы соответствуете только в ценовой политике. Сделайте цены адекватными, и тогда ваши гости будут пользоваться минибаром, а вы больше денег с этого заработаете. В СПА зоне в душевых кабинках есть только гель для душа. На шампуне и кондиционере сэкономили. При первом посещении завтрака администратор сначала не хотел впускать в тапочках, мотивируя тем, что метр д’отель будет недоволен и оштрафует. Предложил сходить в номер и переобуться в кроссовки. При этом, в правилах нигде не написано, в какой обуви можно, а в какой нельзя посещать вашу «королевскую трапезу». На завтраке пианист играл вечернюю музыку, притом достаточно громко. Поэтому пообщаться за столом у вас не получиться, да и выбор композиций больше подходит для вечера. Также персонал наблюдает за каждым твоим действием: что и сколько ты кладёшь в тарелку, как ты ешь. Вам самим комфортно было бы завтракать в такой атмосфере? Решили воспользоваться услугами прачечной: постирать одежду после прогулки на природе. Пятна не отстирали (заметим, что это не какие-то застарелые трудновыводимые пятна), зато включили в счёт глажку, которую мы не заказывали. Итого 2100 рублей просто им подарили. Апогеем эпично
