A fantastic location, spotlessly clean and comfortable room with a great shower. The restaurant is also very nice. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and professional.

Very nicely located in Chemnitz . Only stayed 1 night but wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms was lovely, with very nice bedding and nicely laid out. Bathrooms very clean with a towel warmer which was a nice touch. Hotel has an excellent restaurant which is worth a visit. Staff were very helpful and made sure we had a good stay. Area around the hotel was very nice and a great place to talk a wander.

Ich kann die Kritiken nicht verstehen und sie ärgern mich. Wir reisen sehr oft in Hotels und sind anspruchsvoll. Wir waren schon 3 x zu Gast im schönen Schloss und es war immer gut. Wir fanden subere und schön dekorierte Zimmer vor. Sie sind im Stil eines Schlosses, aber nicht abgewohnt. Die Bäder sind neu und modern. Das Menü mit Weinbegleitung schmeckte uns immer ausgezeichnet. Das Kellerrestaurant ist sehr schön und die Tische werden aufwendig eingedeckt. Wir erlebten durchweg freundliches Personal. Danke für die schönen Tage ! Wir kommen wieder !!!

magnifique bâtiment ,les chambres individuelles ne sont pas sublimes et plutôt "cellules de moine" certainement que les chambres de catégorie supérieure sont plus en cohérence avec les lieux cadre magnifique

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte im Rahmen eines Arrangements im Schloßhotel. Mein Mann und ich sind begeistert. Begeistert von dem Ambiente, begeistert von der Sauberkeit im Zimmer und im Hotel, begeistert davon, dass man über das Intranet Bestellungen etc. aufgeben kann. Auch die Küche läßt keine kulinarischen Wünsche offen. Ob es das Genießermenü oder das Candle light Dinner - es war eine Gaumenfreude. Unser Dank geht an das Servicepersonal, die meine Sonderwünsche (Intolanz) an die Küche weitergegeben hat und die Küche auch promt regiert hat. Das Frühstück war umfangreich, eben wie ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Vielen Dank an das gesamte, überaus freundliche Personal, das auch Sonderwünsche promt umgesetzt hat. Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i wäre ein Hotelpool, dann wären wir Stammgäste.
