"The hotel was full so there were many people at breakfast with no place to seat. Coffee machine didn’t have milk and the day after still didn’t have milk so couldn’t do my morning coffee.
Room wasn’t cleaned, only towels were changed and the bed was fixed, dirt and things on the carpet and floor were left untouched.
The room was big and condemnable. We did get a room with a connecting door and we could hear the other family in the room.
The stay was just ok."

"I stopped in Corning Town on the way to drive and found that the Hampton Inn, which is more than ten kilometers away from the town, was cheaper than the one in the city, so I booked it. All aspects of the hotel are quite satisfactory and impeccable. But the skin has red bumps, itchy skin is difficult to sleep, and there are suspected fleas in the room. I told the front desk when I checked out the next morning and hoped they would inform us of the results of the inspection so that we could take measures to prevent it, but did not receive any news, so did not give high marks."

The first time it was shown that it was not deducted, but it was already deducted. Rustic and creative with the comfort of a modern kitchen and bathroom. 30 minute proximity to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and the wine trails. Swim in our beautiful pond. We just put in a new dock. It’s 15 ft. Deep in the middle - you can dive off the dock! Our home is also on the property.

The modem/wifi is located in the living room in the nook next to the table. If you don't recall the network name and password from this listing, it is printed on the side of the modem. Please always keep the modem/wifi plugged in, even if you ar not using it.
WATER/HOT WATER/GARDEN SPICKET
Our water comes from a well and is safe to drink out of the tap. Sometimes the water is a little sulfury. The hot water comes from an on-demand heater. There is nothing to turn on. Because it's an on-demand system, it sometimes takes a minute or two before heating up to full temperature. There is a water spicket outside near the parking area. If you use it, please turn it on very gently and keep it at a low flow. Never turn up the garden spicket to it's highest flow point.
Fire Pit
There is a fire pit that is available for use. Please use your own wood. The wood underneath the studio behind the cabin is not available.
CHECK OUT
When you check out, please load and start the dishwasher. There is dishwasher soap underneath the sink. Pile all dirty towels and wash cloths in the shower. Please strip the beds and leave the sheets and pillow cases on the floor. Please put all furniture and accessories back in their orignal locations. Rustic and creative with the comfort of a modern kitchen and bathroom. 30 minute proximity to Ithaca, Watkins Glen and the wine trails. Swim in our beautiful pond. We just put in a new dock. It’s 15 ft. Deep in the middle - you can dive off the dock! Our home is also on the property.

We have three outdoor cats that live on the porch of the studio behind the cabin. They are all very friendly!
No hunting or ATVs are permitted on our property.
Our land on Nobles Hill is sacred to our family and friends! Please respect the land and property.

The garden shed, studio, greenhouse and gardens are all private property and not meant to be accessed as part of the vacation rental. Our neighbors are friends so please respect quiet hours after 10pm. There are no parties allowed on the property.
MODEM/WIFI
The modem/wifi is located in the living room in the nook next to the table. If you don't recall the network name and password from this listing, it is printed on the side of the modem. Please always keep the modem/wifi plugged in, even if you ar not using it.
WATER/HOT WATER/GARDEN SPICKET
Our water comes from a well and is safe to drink out of the tap. Sometimes the water is a little sulfury. The hot water comes from an on-demand heater. There is nothing to turn on. Because it's an on-demand system, it sometimes takes a minute or two before heating up to full temperature. There is a water spicket outside near the parking area. If you use it, please turn it on very gently and keep it at a low flow. Never turn up the garden spicket to it's highest flow point.
Fire Pit
There is a fire pit that is available for use. Please use your own wood. The wood underneath the studio behind the cabin is not available.
CHECK OUT
When you check out, please load and start the dishwasher. There is dishwasher soap underneath the sink. Pile all dirty towels and wash cloths in the shower. Please strip the beds and leave the sheets and pillow cases on the floor. Please put all furniture and accessories back in their orignal locations.
