The room smells bad, the bathroom facilities are dilapidated, the air conditioner is not available, and the room is freezing terribly cold. I told the bar to clean the room after staying for two consecutive days. I only cleaned the bathroom and the sheets were not changed. The overall evaluation was not good.

Very poor stay experience, because I stayed here 5 years ago and it was ok back then. I didn't expect this hotel to be so bad after five years: the bathroom was badly offensive, and I was awake at night; because of the carpet, the room smelled of stinky feet when I came in, which was disgusting. If it weren't for booking on Ctrip, I wouldn't live. Baerhu Hotel really ruined this place and the environment. The booking on Ctrip was originally free of deposit, but the front desk requires it to be paid. I highly do not recommend everyone to stay in, it's so bad! ! !
