Tuga Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Qushui Yuntian, and they offer a free shuttle service. The room is spacious with a window and no issues with insects. We watched the sunset on our first night on the grasslands, which was amazing. I absolutely loved the hotel staff: the little calves and lambs!

I initially booked this place just to try it out, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, had its own private bathroom with plenty of hot water, and the surrounding environment was very peaceful. The concierge service was excellent and very attentive. It's a great spot for photos too! Very satisfied! 👍

Tuga was by far the best hotel we stayed at on this trip. The hotel itself is a scenic spot, and the scenery is the hotel! Especially if you choose the 2.0 yurt with a window, the check-in experience is just perfect. My family also booked windowless ones, and the difference isn't just about the window; the size and the shower are also vastly different.

A very modern yurt! The room was super clean and the butler service was excellent. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side the day we arrived, it rained, but the next morning it was sunny and the scenery was still beautiful.

Before arriving, I was worried about the yurt's hygiene, but once inside the room, those worries vanished. The yurt was spacious, well-equipped, clean, and sanitary. The camp's restaurant offered tasty food, though it was a bit pricey. The butler service was excellent, with prompt responses and attentive service throughout. However, I wouldn't recommend the camp's activities. The 308 RMB horse riding package claimed to be six kilometers, but I doubt it actually was. The value for money is significantly lower compared to Black Head Mountain, and although it promised a riverside stroll, we only stopped by the river for a few minutes before heading back, with the whole experience lasting no more than thirty minutes.

Out of the eight hotels we stayed at during our nine-day, eight-night trip to Hulunbuir, this one was the kids' absolute favorite! They loved the yurt rooms and seeing the little lambs and calves. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They proactively added me on WeChat a few days beforehand to send the address, and when we arrived, they immediately helped us with our luggage. The dishes we ordered for dinner at the hotel were also delicious. After dinner, there was a bonfire and a fireworks show. Guests staying at the hotel also get a free ride to Qushui Yuntian for photos – it's less crowded and beautiful in the evening!

This yurt hotel is quite good. The rooms have everything you need, and the facilities are decent. The hotel is located on the north shore, offering great views from elevated spots and easy access to the grasslands, making it a relaxed experience with fewer crowds (during peak season, cars queuing for the south shore scenic area can take half an hour). The hotel provides butler service, and responses are always prompt. The food is also pretty good... It's just that during peak season, the costs for accommodation, food, and activities are all a bit on the high side, but that's to be expected.

Highly recommend this yurt for a grassland experience! The facilities are quite new, and the room was clean and hygienic with a comfortable bed. My only suggestion is to put felt on the room door, otherwise, you'll wake up very early. The manager contacted us in advance to send the location, helped transport our luggage to the room door, and even booked a private dining room for us beforehand. Breakfast was quite rich, and the milk was especially creamy.
