攜程上挑選了這家酒店，入住後大失所望。原因有二：其一，房間白天熱死夜裡冷死，衹有一個夏被，夜裡被凍醒。其二，服務極差，尤其是大廳經理（也有人説像是老闆媳婦）極度不負責任。我的車輛停在酒店停車場，停車場有專人看管，居然在光天化日之下，後風擋玻璃被砸。這個像是大廳經理的中年女人居然坐在那裡紋絲不動，既不表示關心查看車況，又傲慢地告知不能查看監控。無法理解在舉國刺激消費、各地提高營商環境和營商管理水平的形勢下，著名的旅遊勝地竟是如此的酒店服務、竟是這樣的營商環境管理。做為入住酒店的外地遊客，不能理解、無法接受！

超級差，有味道，衛生一般，並且窗戶外面還有大平台，不安全，要求加錢調房，服務員特別不耐煩，在哪裡住宿遇到問題房間都是免費調換的，我們加錢調換房間，前台竟然不同意，找一堆不是理由的理由，不過最終還是加錢調換了，再低價格也不會住，出門在外安全第一，衛生第一，心情愉悅第一，這三項這一項也沒滿足，應該給0分

真實評論，不喜匆噴，先説衞生，屋裡到處都小蟲子，孩子被咬的滿腿包，在説服務，前台女同志服務態度真是需要提高，一看就是沒有經過專業學習，客人資詢停車問題非常冷漠，退房的時候，家人站在路邊等侯結果一個女服務員直接一杯潑在旁邊地上，濺的長者孩子身上都是臟水，真的是無語了

在十一節假日期間，房間比較緊張，作為一個旅遊城市，距離景點3公里之內的酒店。這個價格算比較親民的了。美中不足的是 沒有早餐。

市中心位置，去哪裡都方便，停車有位置，但費勁，對面是體校，旁邊是紀念碑，後面是超市
到避暑山莊3公里左右，打車7塊左右不用打車也能溜達過去，或者坐公交，
房間還算乾淨衞生，隔離太差，旁邊房間打電話，電話那頭説話都能聽見能想象嗎，深夜，清晨，對面小兩口那啥彷彿就在頭頂，能想象嗎？
斜對面的菜館，價格公道，餃子非遺文化好吃，老闆熱情，還叮囑菜點多了
