The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff, particularly Xiao Duan, Xiao Zhao, Xiao Han, and Xiao Li, provided warm, thoughtful, and meticulous service. I'm very satisfied!

Complimentary snacks: Coke, Lulu, bear-shaped cookies, Japanese shortbread, Dahongpao tea, Hanlu Tieguanyin tea. The environment is great, the room is very comfortable, the front desk staff are very thoughtful, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the location is great, very close to the scenic area. The front desk staff, Xiao Xia and Xiao Zhao, have a very good and satisfactory service attitude. Plus, it's very convenient to get coffee as there's a Starbucks downstairs. Extremely satisfied.

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were all incredibly professional and had excellent attitudes. The room was spotless and very tidy. The hotel breakfast was also delicious and offered a wide variety. There's a Chinese restaurant on the second floor where you can grab lunch and dinner. The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Mountain Resort and other attractions. Right next to the hotel is a famous night market with a rich assortment of stalls. The restaurants nearby are also very comprehensive, offering a chance to try Chengde's local specialties.

I chose this hotel for my business trip. It's located right in the city center of Chengde, with plenty of dining options nearby. I could even walk to the Summer Resort, which was convenient. The hotel itself is quite new, and the room facilities are good, making for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't very consistent. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.
