As I was not satisfied with the room allocated for the first time, Miss Zhao Jing at the front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic to help us exchange rooms, let us feel the enthusiasm of Chengdu girls and the warm service of the hotel, and also comment on the hotel, the environment is elegant, breakfast Rich, very special, and very considerate to prepare gifts for the children. The hotel is connected to a very big shopping mall with good restaurants, KTV and good shoppings. There is also a massage place near by so it’s a great location but it’s not right at downtown so you can see if you are interested in the mall first. The staff is very nice, the first night I stayed there, I already saw someone a ****** to his room. I mentioned it to the hotel manager, he checked the CCTV and handled it professionally. Breakfast is yummy! I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is great. The butler Xiaoxia is warm and attentive. Check-in is fast. She patiently answers various questions, helps adjust the appropriate room, and recommends attractions and food. The hotel is located in Jinjiang District, close to Wanda Plaza and a 10-minute drive from Chunxi Road in Taikoo Li. It is convenient for food and accommodation. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. It has a smart toilet and free parking. The price is not expensive and the price/performance ratio is very high!

The hotel is 20mins walk to Taikoo or you can take the metro (1 stop). Behind the hotels there are many local restaurants and 1-2 coffee shops. It takes 25 mins drive to get to the airport. The hotel is very local. I didn’t see any foreigners. The room is spacious and clean. Good sound proof wall. The view from my room, 39th floor, is nice. No cigarette smell. Bed is comfy and water pressure is just right. The pool and gym looks nice as well but I didn’t use them. Chinese and western breakfast is great! Overall service of front desk, housekeeping and breakfast restaurant are EXCELLENT! I will stay here again because of value for money!

Very much a “Chinese luxury” hotel, in that it looks nice but is actually very meh. AC barely worked despite it being in the high 20s C. Room service menu times were wrong, so twice I was denied my order despite the menu showing that room service was available. Bed was ok. Bath tub was nice and big, I’ll give them that. Maid service was hit-or-miss, as I didn’t want them to come before noon while I was still in my room, so I had the DND light on, but when I left at 12:30pm and came back at 2am they had not replaced my wet towels as they had the day before with the same scenario.
