Great location and right in front of subway. Plenty of food selections just a few minutes walk. Service was immaculate and all the amenities were great to use. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel environment, convenient travel

As soon as you arrived at the hotel, I advised you to upgrade their Atour membership and buy their breakfast. The key is that the breakfast is really nothing. There is a stench from the sewer pipe in the room. After searching for a long time, I found that it was coming from the washbasin. There is a young fat guy at the front desk who is nice. The location is relatively convenient, just take the subway.

I almost never give a bad review unless it really deserves a bad review I stayed in this hotel for three nights, but that doesn't mean I approve of this hotel, so I stayed for three consecutive nights I came to Chengdu for six days, and stayed at the Manxin Hotel in Kuanzhai Alley for the first three days. Because I had finished playing around that area, I thought about moving to another area to continue playing. Then I chose this hotel, which is not close to any tourist attractions. Then, my happy trip to Chengdu ended, and my unhappy trip began. I went to the hotel front desk to check in, and they suggested that I upgrade the room with breakfast for an additional 99 yuan. OK, I added it, and they said I wanted a quiet room. Check in and enter the room. The first room had a foul smell from the sewer when I pushed the door, which was unacceptable. The second one was that the room was larger and the layout was weird, but there was no smell. I told the waiter that this room was OK, and then I started to close the door and open the suitcase to take things, and then I found: there were curved body hairs on the desk, which adults understand. And a hair stubble, the position was very obvious and clear. I guess it was left on the desktop after wiping the rags. Ugh, there were also gray hairs on the bedding. After the reaction, the attitude was still quite good. I wiped the table with alcohol and changed the bedding, but I felt very uncomfortable. In fact, I had already started to think about changing hotels at this time. This was a surface problem that I saw. I didn't know what it looked like if I couldn't see it. But I had been playing for three days and had to go to Sanxingdui that day. I brought an eight-year-old child and luggage with me. I didn't want to be too tired. There was not enough time to find another hotel. I thought Atour wouldn't be too bad. So I changed another room and went out to play. It was about ten o'clock in the evening. I returned to the room, washed up, and prepared to turn off the lights and close the window to sleep. The window couldn't be closed. I called the waiter. The waiter came and tried to close it, but it couldn't be closed. Let me change the room! ! ! The child had already lain down on the bed and was about to fall asleep. The luggage and clothes were all spread out. I wanted to curse. [This is the room I changed three times after adding 99 upgrades] The child was asleep and didn't want to toss anymore, so I didn't change it. I slept all night in the lively street. In the morning, I had breakfast. I reported the room number. The breakfast waiter said that there was no breakfast in my room. It turned out that there was a problem everywhere. The next day, I played outside for a day without any incident. On the third day, after breakfast, I went to Du Fu Thatched Cottage. Not long after arriving there, the child's stomach began to hurt. At 1 pm, he vomited for the first time. He returned to the hotel around 3 or 4 o'clock. At night, he couldn't hold on and called 120. He had acute gastroenteritis. What I can be sure of is that he was fine before going to bed the night before, and his stomach didn't hurt. He started to feel uncomfortable in his stomach two or three hours after breakfast. I can't be sure that it was a problem with the hotel breakfast, and I didn't say anything. But the entire stay at this Yaduo store did cast a shadow on my trip to Chengdu. I have never encountered such a stay experience. The front desk wanted to send two panda hairpins, but I didn't want them. I didn't dare to take the panda doll left in the room. I don't want to bring bad memories home. The young and thin boy and girl waiters have good attitudes, but the rest are really bad.

This is the second time I have stayed at Chengdu Atour Hotel (Southwest Jiaotong University Branch). The reason why I chose this hotel is that the hotel has good facilities, is clean and tidy, the lobby waiters are warm and polite, young and energetic, the service is warm and thoughtful, and they take the initiative to greet the guests who come in. The hotel has convenient transportation, with Metro Line 6 at the door and nearby bus stops not far away. The overall feeling is very good, and I will go there again next time.
