This high-rise cloud hotel in Chengdu's city center is conveniently located at the intersection of Metro Lines 2 and 3, with a subway station right downstairs. It offers easy access to all of Chengdu's attractions, including the 339 TV Tower, Wuhou Temple, Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road, all of which are nearby. The concierge service was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, even helping with luggage, and very polite. The cleaning staff were also very friendly when tidying up. I absolutely loved the hotel's service and amenities, which included a hairdryer with sound, a huge bathtub, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a full-length mirror perfect for photos. The sofa in the room was even a Lauren sofa, which was incredibly comfortable. I will definitely choose this high-rise Taikoo Li hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu. The cleanliness was spotless; even with my OCD, I couldn't find a single flaw.

The room was excellent, right above Chunxi Road, an absolutely prime location! It's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping district downstairs, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Although the room isn't huge, it's well-designed, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. For this area, it offers fantastic value for money.

It's incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping, with a subway station directly downstairs. Whether you're heading to see the pandas or exploring other attractions, it's super easy – perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel is situated on a high floor, offering expansive views. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide a vibrant spectacle of the bustling commercial area by day, and by night, the entire Chengdu cityscape is laid out before you. The rooms boast modern decor, and the smart curtains and lighting throughout are a joy to use. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and the fixtures are of excellent quality. The soundproofing in the room is fantastic; you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep despite being in the heart of a lively city. Hygiene is particularly reassuring. The entire room is spotless, and the bedding is soft and pristine. The cleaning staff uses color-coded cloths for different areas and performs regular disinfection, showing great attention to detail. It feels clean and comfortable, making for an overall excellent stay! Additionally, I had an issue with the WiFi not connecting this time, and the staff member promptly came up to check. From identifying the problem to resolving it, it took only half an hour.

I've stayed at this place several times already, trying out different room types, and overall, my experience has always been great. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The butler service is on point; they respond quickly whenever I reach out and communication is always smooth. The room hygiene is well-maintained, clean and comfortable to stay in. It's suitable whether you're traveling solo or with friends, and the living atmosphere is very pleasant. The entire check-in process is hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises, leading to a generally good experience. It offers a great balance of location and service, with good value for money. If I'm ever back in the Chunxi Road area, I'll definitely prioritize booking here again.

This was an excellent stay! The hotel room was clean, hygienic, and the environment was great. It's located right in the heart of the city's most bustling area, making travel incredibly convenient. Taikoo Li and the IFS panda statue are just a few dozen meters away, and you can walk to all the surrounding attractions and transport links. Since we were traveling with kids, it was also convenient that there's a car park for our rental. The only happy problem was that during holiday season, Chengdu city center is really crowded, so getting a taxi quickly could be a bit inconvenient. The hotel service was also really good – when it rained, the staff thoughtfully brought us umbrellas. The kids absolutely loved the white, transparent umbrellas, and they made for some great photos too!

The location is superb, right on Chunxi Road! They upgraded us to a loft room with a view of Taikoo Li. I was in a hurry to dry my clothes, and the butler took them all, dried them, and returned them to my room within an hour! The service was very attentive!

I extended my stay for another night. The hotel's location is excellent, and the service was great too. Chengdu has been extremely hot these past two days, but the air conditioning worked wonderfully. The room also came with a washing machine, dryer, and a large refrigerator, which was very convenient. I'm very satisfied.
