The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and polite; I left my dirty clothes at the front desk and they were perfectly clean when I came back from sightseeing. The cleaning auntie was diligent, responsible, and always had a warm smile. The room housekeeper was very attentive, frequently checking in with me. Overall, it was a fantastic trip.

The floors throughout the room were sparkling clean, and there was no dust in the corners or along the baseboards. The bedding was neat and soft, and the duvet covers and pillowcases had a fresh, newly ironed, pristine white quality, with no yellowing or stains. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, the glass mirrors were wiped spotless without any water marks, and the corners and crevices of the toilet and sink were meticulously cleaned. The towels were dry and fluffy, and the toiletries and cups were sanitized. Housekeeping provided daily scheduled cleaning, and replenishing amenities was done carefully and thoroughly. It's just a two or three-minute walk downstairs to Taikoo Li and IFS, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.
