The front desk staff, Xiaoyu, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and they even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The hotel is also very close to the subway, so we'll definitely be back!

The location is excellent, right near a subway station. There are plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. It's also very close to the Panda Base, about a 15-minute drive. The room was quite clean, and they provided a generous amount of complimentary bottled water.

The JI hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable for our stay. We really enjoyed how everything felt very modern and new, and the scent of the shampoo and body wash was great. We even received a little care package at the end of our stay. Location was also very close to the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding so we were able to easily get to the location early the next morning.

Honestly, it's ridiculous. I casually lifted a corner of the blanket to lie down and saw a bright, shiny hair. The staff said it was because it was too hot and I wasn't wearing a hat. How could such a large chain store make such a mistake? Or is it just an excuse? Besides an apology and an excuse, they didn't offer any other compensation. The restroom also smelled quite bad.

The room was up to the standard of Ji Hotel, but this place is surrounded by roads on three sides, so you can clearly hear every car passing by. We paid 49 yuan for breakfast for the next day, which ends at 10:00 AM. When we went at 9:37 AM, there was no food left... The staff said they would refund us, but we haven't received it yet.
