The room is quite spacious!!! The view is fantastic!!! I really love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they even gave me a free upgrade 🫶🫶🫶🫶!!! There's also a mall downstairs, so it's convenient to grab bubble tea or go grocery shopping.

Extremely clean with excellent service. It was so quiet that I had a superb night's sleep. A fantastic hotel, highly recommend!

Excellent value for money. First, the breakfast spread was incredibly varied and comprehensive; although it's served until 10 AM, I highly recommend going a bit earlier to enjoy the full selection. Next, the rooms were spotlessly clean, likely due to being newly opened, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. Finally, I have to mention the floor-to-ceiling windows, which are absolutely fantastic for photos, offering truly perfect views.

Here are a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Upon check-in, I requested disposable slippers but received no response for several hours. I eventually had to go to the front desk myself to get them. The service responsiveness was very poor. 2. The air conditioning, both in public areas and especially in the room, was quite weak. It ran for a long time, but the temperature barely dropped. 3. Housekeeping didn't empty the trash during room cleaning. 4. The breakfast fruit, specifically the watermelon, was not fresh; it tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. 5. The self-service laundry could be improved. Hotels like Wyndham or Atour allow guests to label their laundry with their room number, and then staff can deliver it to the room or hang it outside the door if guests are out. When I brought this up yesterday, the attendant simply said no one had ever asked them to put clothes in the room, indicating this service isn't offered. 6. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow. On a positive note, the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the subway and a commercial area.

This newly opened hotel boasts a convenient location, making it easy to get around and enjoy nearby dining, food delivery, and attractions. The room amenities and overall service are also top-notch. A thoughtful touch was staff pre-cooling the room before check-in, and they even provided kids' toiletries. Plus, there's robot delivery for takeout. The breakfast spread was diverse and plentiful. Having stayed in countless hotels across the country for business, from budget to luxury, I can honestly say this hotel offers exceptional value for money.
