Louis Hotel Chengdu

Hotel have awesome service and help with many issues that arises when we need help; frombooking takeaway food, providing coffee daily and handling our late night requests. Thanks for providing a cake for me to celebrate my birthday here in Chengdu as well.

The room has amazing view overlooking the city. The service is amazing and there is complete amenities. Laundry and gym are available on the 18th floor. Very satisfied! 😃

I had such a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The service was excellent from start to finish. Every morning, they offered complimentary coffee, which was a really nice touch and made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. What truly made this stay special was how they helped me plan a surprise for my boyfriend. They went out of their way to arrange a cute cake and made sure everything was perfect. It meant a lot to me, and the moment turned out beautifully. To top it all off, they even gave me a small panda keychain as a gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely cared for during my stay, and I left feeling very happy. I will definitely come back to Louis Hotel if I return to Chengdu. 🫂💙

One of the most underrated hotels in Chengdu. Extremely clean, new and modern. And the Panoramic Infinity Pool is a game changer. Rarely do you have a pool of this size in hotel rooms that easily fits two full-size adults, not to mention that it is overlooking quite a high vantage point in Chengdu. The service staff there are also attentive and helpful.

The photos make it seem like this hotel occupies its own standalone building, but that isn’t the case. It is actually located on the 15th and 18th floors of an older building, which makes the overall experience feel less premium than expected. While the hotel floors themselves have a modern, futuristic design, the contrast with the rest of the building was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the room we booked did not have a window, which was not clearly communicated in the images on trip.com, which did disappoint us. During our visit, there was also very loud construction noise. To their credit, the staff responded promptly and moved us to another floor. However, the noise was still noticeable even after the room change. The hotel offered a 5% discount as compensation, but we felt it was insufficient given the inconvenience caused, especially since we would also not be able to collect Trip.com coins for this stay. As a result, we declined the offer.

The stay was wonderful. Hotel room was very clean, the housekeeper will even check in to see if we require change of sheets. Hotel staff was very friendly and provided additional services such as preparation of bath; there was also free coffee in the morning. The location and cleanliness is most commendable. Hotel also offered free extentions of late checkout which ended off the trip wonderfully

Very good experience here. Room is very nice, staff is very helpful, hotel gym is better than most (has some free weights which is rare but low weight range).
