This hotel offers incredible value for money in Chengdu. My kids absolutely loved it! The attention to detail was excellent, it was very clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was great. The front desk lady was super helpful, giving us recommendations for delicious hotpot restaurants nearby. We really loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Chengdu!

The room was incredibly comfortable and adorable, with panda-themed decor both inside and out! The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and warm. The hotel also has a small terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy coffee. I had to leave early for breakfast, but they thoughtfully prepared a takeaway simple meal for me. So heartwarming!

It's only 2 subway stops to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li (where you can see the climbing panda sculpture and watch performances at Liyuan Guild Hall). There's also a Chunxi Road scenic shuttle bus for 8 RMB that goes directly to the Panda Base. The Niwangmiao bus stop offers city routes for 2 RMB (to Wenshu Monastery and Hongpailou). **🍀 Hotel Amenities:** * Has its own cafe and a sun-drenched terrace. * Welcome tea heated with an induction cooker. Who understands the feeling of salvation from a warm drink after stepping into the hotel lobby on a cold day? * **24-hour self-service laundry area on the first floor public area.** It's far from the guest rooms, so it won't disturb other guests. No worries about clothes smelling after hot pot! The hotel provides a wonderfully fragrant and effective laundry detergent. Wash for an hour, dry thick clothes for two hours, and they're ready to wear. * **Rich variety of Chinese and Western breakfast.** Served from 8:00 to 10:00, with an extended supply and made-to-order options. Chinese breakfast includes soft, sweet potatoes, eggs, and beef noodles. The noodles are coated in sauce, and the beef is tender and flavorful. Facilities: Newly opened, located near Niwangmiao subway station, in a residential building area. It features many cute panda elements, smart toilets, automatic curtains, and a projection screen. Hygiene: Being new, it's quite good, and the cleaning staff are all very nice. Environment: A very photogenic hotel. Service: The staff (both male and female) are all very lovely. Special features: "Hug-me Coffee": The barista is very skilled at latte art, and the coffee is surprisingly good (it completely changed my impression of hotel coffee usually not being great). Hope to have new surprises next time I visit! 🎉

What a hidden gem I found for my trip to Chengdu! From the moment I walked in, I was charmed by all the adorable panda touches everywhere. The giant plushies in the common area and the 'CHENG DU' wall are perfect for photos. The room was clean and comfy, and the bedding was so soft – I slept like a baby. I have to rave about the hotel's own 'Hug Me Cafe'! Sipping a latte with a cheesecake by the window, basking in the sun and just relaxing – that's the true Chengdu slow life. The breakfast wontons and freshly baked bread were delicious, and the front desk even gave me super cute souvenirs! The location is super convenient too, close to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley, making it easy to explore and find good food. If you're visiting Chengdu, ladies, just book it – you'll want to come back after just one stay!

The ladies at check-in were incredibly nice and even guided us to the breakfast area downstairs. The location is super easy to find, right near Niúwángmiào Exit D. The room was very quiet, though the sink was a bit small and water tended to splash out easily. The little gift box they gave us was so thoughtfully put together! If only they weren't fully booked for the next day, I definitely would have stayed two nights. 🥹
