The biggest highlight of this hotel is the incredible airplane views. These planes are massive! It's my first time seeing so many planes up close. You can open the floor-to-ceiling windows in your room and there they are – huge planes. It's truly amazing!

The hotel is quite new. I arrived very late due to time constraints, and the staff were all busy on the phone, not noticing me at first, haha. But once they finished their calls, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. I needed to print some documents for my outbound trip, and the staff kindly assisted me with that. Many thanks! I really liked the room's decor; I sent photos to my friends, and they also commented on the great value for money. I had an early flight the next morning, and the front desk staff proactively helped me arrange a taxi. It was a pleasant night, thank you all. If I ever go back to Shuangliu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

Traveling with a child, Levi at the front desk not only thoughtfully arranged a runway-view room but also proactively upgraded us for free. The window overlooked the Shuangliu Airport runway, and my child spent ages glued to the window, watching planes take off and land. But what really put my mind at ease was the cleanliness. I specifically observed the cleaning staff, and she used her own dedicated cleaning cloths throughout – different cloths for the floor, desk, and bathroom, working efficiently and meticulously. After cleaning the floor, she even tidied up dust in the corners. After two nights, my child was running around barefoot, and I had absolutely no worries. This genuine sense of reassurance is more memorable than any lavish decor. A great hotel is one that, with professionalism and sincerity, transforms your trip into a gentle home away from home.

Its location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw from the airport, with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a huge plus for those catching early morning or late-night flights. The rooms are generally very new, with a simple yet elegant decor, and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows are exceptionally comfortable – once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The soundproofing is genuinely impressive; once the windows are closed, the whole world becomes quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. Breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, offering a comprehensive selection of both Chinese and Western dishes – you'll want to keep eating! You don't even have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout; a robot delivers it directly to your door, which is both convenient and hygienic. The hotel also features a well-equipped gym, so business travelers can still fit in a workout. All the staff members are warm, attentive, and quick to respond. A special shout-out to Linden at the front desk. All in all, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again!

The hotel also provides a free 24-hour shuttle service to Shuangliu Airport; just arrive at the front desk five minutes beforehand, and they'll arrange a car. That's truly fantastic!
