Ayata Hotel(Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi Road)

The room was very spacious and roomy. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and upgraded my room for free. The lobby was very photogenic with a Wabi-sabi style, and there was also a free laundry service.

The design is quite unique and the room is spacious. It's not far from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, both within a 15-minute walk. However, the soundproofing in the room isn't great; I could clearly hear people talking in the next room. The front desk staff's attitude could also use some improvement. When I checked in, she didn't greet me, smile, tell me if there was an elevator, or even tell me which room I was in. She didn't even make eye contact; she just took my ID and handed me the room card. I had to ask about breakfast times myself, and 9:30 AM for breakfast to end is a bit too early.

Stepping into the hotel, we were immediately greeted by an artistic ambiance. The front desk lady was exceptionally beautiful and welcoming. Since we were traveling with a child, she even upgraded our room type for free. Our booked package included a travel photography experience, and the photographer was very responsible, professional, and patient. Thumbs up from afar!

I felt very safe and comfortable in the room. It even had a bathtub and a coffee machine, and the view was great. The front desk service was excellent, especially Coco, who was always helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is really great! The environment and cleanliness are excellent, and it's close to several scenic spots and malls. The breakfast is also super amazing! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town.
