Traveling solo, I found this place to be great value for money overall. It's just a few steps to Chunxi Road for shopping and exploring. The daily room cleaning was always thorough, and the fourth-floor terrace is perfect for quiet relaxation. As a coffee lover, I enjoyed the discounts, and late at night, I was never bothered by outside noise.

Our four-night stay here was an excellent overall experience! The entire room was equipped with a Xiaodu smart speaker, so we just asked it for anything we needed. The hygiene was spot-on; the room was clean with no strange odors, and the cleaning staff were meticulous and attentive. The environment had a great design, with a café on the fourth floor accompanied by a sky garden – quiet and elegant, perfect for a relaxing break after sightseeing. The location was absolutely superb, right next to the Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for walking, taking the subway, taxis, or tourist shuttle buses. It made getting around so easy. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive. The H Hidden Realm Zero-Pressure King Room I originally booked was a bit small and windowless, but the staff proactively offered an upgrade to the H Enlightenment Tatami King Room for an additional fee. This room came with a tatami tea room area and was fully smart and easy to use. The hotel's amenities were practical, with washing machines and dryers readily available, which was great for cleaning and drying clothes that got wet while out and about – perfect for tourists. The full smart home controls worked smoothly, the room layout was comfortable, and the tea room area offered a strong sense of relaxation. Considering the location, amenities, and service, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu!

Extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied! It's a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road, and getting a taxi is super convenient. There are also many authentic and affordable local eateries near the hotel. The promotional photos are exactly what it looks like in real life – no difference at all! When you come to Chengdu, you absolutely *must* stay here. Plus, there's an in-house coffee shop upstairs!

Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The room was spick and span, not a speck of dirt anywhere. The location is absolutely fantastic; you don't have to go far for shopping or dining. The hotel also has a sky garden on the fourth floor where guests get a discount on coffee. The soundproofing was perfectly fine for a good night's rest.

Check-in was very efficient. The hotel's overall design is stylish, and the bathrooms are equipped with smart toilets and a Laifen hairdryer.

This hotel in Chengdu was pretty good. The room was very clean, and right downstairs there were all sorts of authentic local snacks. The garden on the fourth floor had a lovely, elegant ambiance, perfect for relaxing after exploring the bustling city. The soundproofing was reliable, so I could get a really good night's sleep after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Highly recommend staying here! The front desk staff were gentle and friendly, the decor was aesthetically pleasing, the smart toilet was convenient to use, and the Laifen hairdryer was powerful and dried my hair quickly.
