Choosing the Villatu Hotel for my trip to Chengdu completely exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review! From the moment I stepped in, the thoughtful service was consistent throughout. The front desk staff were incredibly good, their attitude warm and patient. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively and thoroughly introduced all the hotel's facilities, including the laundry room next to the breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor, even kindly reminding me of the usage rules. I instantly felt welcomed. The hotel's robot delivery service also deserves praise; it was super fast! Shortly after ordering, I received a delivery notification. Being able to get food without having to go downstairs was so convenient and hassle-free, especially useful for evenings when you don't feel like going out.

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, Vilatu's service truly stands out! I wanted a late check-out, and the concierge helped arrange it until 2 PM, which fit perfectly with my schedule. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding felt fresh and comfortable, clearly changed for each new guest. The smart voice control was incredibly responsive – no more having to get out of bed to turn off the lights! The location near Chunxi Road was fantastic; it was so pleasant to come back and relax after a long day of exploring.

The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure, though the soundproofing was just okay. Plus, there were robots that delivered food right to the door! The hotel's location is super convenient, with plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby.

Our stay at Chengdu Viatour Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They not only provided a complimentary coffee voucher (with three delicious options) but also gave us a detailed guide to local eateries, helping us discover some hidden gems off the tourist trail. The hotel facilities are top-notch— the in-room amenities are thoughtfully curated, and the laundry room with washer-dryer and laundry detergent is a lifesaver for longer stays. The robot delivery service adds a futuristic touch to your stay. This hotel truly offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm, making it our go-to choice in Chengdu. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Excellent. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Lots of great food options nearby and very convenient transportation. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and it offers great value for money. Service: The front desk staff was really warm and welcoming, and even gave out small Christmas gifts! Plus, there was a buy-one-get-one-free coffee deal, which was a nice touch.

Upon check-in, the front desk didn't inform me that my floor was undergoing renovations in any way. After entering my room, I immediately smelled a pungent renovation odor. That day, I called the front desk to explain the situation and requested a windowed room, but was flatly refused. The next morning, I woke up feeling unwell. Subsequently, I found multiple signs of renovation work on the floor corridors and in some rooms, including workers painting with latex paint and hanging wallpaper. It's hard not to suspect that this hotel did not air out the rooms or conduct formaldehyde testing (by a third-party CMA agency) after their renovation before selling them to guests. I then complained to the platform, but after discussions with the hotel manager, the platform informed me that the hotel was unyielding, meaning they denied any ongoing construction! Even when I provided videos and photos taken that day, they dismissed them. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel due to their terrible service attitude!!!

The Verato Hotel (Tianfu Square Chunxi Road Branch) is definitely worth booking without hesitation! The housekeeper was super thoughtful and even prepared a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for us. The laundry room has an all-in-one washer and dryer, complete with detergent, which is perfect for tackling dirty clothes while traveling. The gym is spacious and well-equipped, great for business travelers who want to squeeze in a workout. The breakfast restaurant offers fresh food, including hot dishes, porridge, fruit, and pastries, all tasting great. The robot delivery service for takeout is convenient and hassle-free. The front desk offers free luggage storage and document printing, which are incredibly useful. We even received coffee vouchers upon check-in. The location is excellent, close to shopping districts and the subway. Overall, it's pretty good!

The hotel's overall environment is good, and the staff are very friendly. The room is cozy, clean, and equipped with a XiaoDu smart home system for whole-house control.

The hotel is really pleasant. I like how the corridors were scented like flowers, which made me feel like walking through a garden. Hotel was also very clean, with the cleaning staff cleaning the room daily. There was a pair of complimentary coffee at the cafe outside the hotel and it is such a lovely gesture. There is a shared washing machine, 2 for washing, 2 for dryer in the common spaces. There is also a little gym. Location is perfect and service impeccable. Lovely hotel worth recommending.

Staying at the Virato Hotel (Tianfu Square Chunxi Road branch) in Chengdu was incredibly worth it! They have a washing machine, dryer, and garment steamer, which is super convenient for business travelers to iron their clothes. The robot delivery service is fast and adorable. The 24-hour butler is on-call, and you get complimentary welcome snacks upon check-in. The hygiene details are impeccable, and it's only a 10-minute walk from Chunxi Road. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The room was clean, the environment was good, the service was excellent, and the location was great. It wasn't noisy, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was also very convenient for visiting attractions. Food deliveries were brought by a robot, and no one without a room card could access our floor, which felt very safe. They even provided slippers and toothbrushes for children. They also offered coffee, and any requests were promptly addressed. It was fantastic! My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the breakfast, especially local specialties.

Villatu is excellent for business trips! It's in a prime location with easy access, and the room's work area is well-designed with comfortable chairs that make long hours at the desk a breeze. The internet is stable and lag-free. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the bedding is soft and conducive to sleep. The service team proactively offered local guides and taxi services, and printing documents was super fast. While there's no mini-fridge, it doesn't detract from the overall experience. Five stars! The front desk lady provided excellent service, offering a coffee voucher with three choices. There's also a robot in the lobby that delivers food to rooms, and the concierge service is available 24/7. Highly recommend!

The hotel is quite good, very close to all the attractions, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was also very clean, and the guy at the front desk provided great service. Highly recommend it for tourists.
