Elaine Serviced Apartment Chengdu

This is my second time staying here, booking the same room. Highly recommended if you come here with family or friends. The apartment is spacious, comfy, and super clean. So comfortable that my parents don’t want to go anywhere, just want to stay in the apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay at this serviced apartment. The reception team was friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests, which made our stay comfortable and hassle free. As a nice touch, we were welcomed with fresh fruit and good coffee on arrival. Housekeeping serviced the apartment daily, and towels were replaced regularly. Our apartment was on the 29th floor, providing a great view of the city. The location was convenient, with the Ritz Carlton in the same building, making it easy to arrange Didi pickups. The nearest metro station was about a 10 minute walk away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. We would also recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and well located serviced apartment.

Apartment was very clean and cosy. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. Extra points for Jiaozi 饺子 (Dumpling), the Ambassador of Vibe!

Good! There’s a cat In the lobby and the breakfast is yummy. The room is very spacious and clean. The service was excellent too. The staff and cleaners were very kind and welcoming!! But they have no chili oil.

Great room, great location, everything in order, friendly and helpful front desk, great service. Very big rooms. Clean. Main master bedroom has his and hers sink and a bathtub. Will definitely choose here again for family / large group stay if I come chengdu again.
