Orange Hotel (Chengdu Wenshuyuan Metro Station)

The room facilities are very new and the decor is cozy. There's no strange odor in the room, and the cleaning lady was warm and meticulous. Best of all, it's very close to the subway station, just around the corner. The surrounding area is also quite lively with plenty of food and shopping options. I highly recommend the Yan Tai Po Guokui nearby. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted good too. On a side note, I'd like to praise the excellent service from Xiao Zhou at the front desk. She greeted me with a kind smile and was diligent and thorough in her work. Not only did she process my check-in quickly, but she also proactively suggested a room upgrade, showing consideration for the guest's stay experience. Whether I was asking questions or communicating needs, she was incredibly patient. Xiao Zhou's professional and warm service greatly enhanced my stay this time, and she definitely deserves a thumbs up! 👍

The location is excellent, very convenient for subway access, and close to Wenshu Monastery with many delicious small eateries nearby. Despite being near a main street, it's very quiet. The room is compact but clean and cozy. The lighting and AC control system, as well as the screen mirroring, all work well. The citrus-scented toiletries are also very nice, making it perfect for solo travelers. However, there's only one elevator, so sometimes you have to wait quite a while. The AC in the room makes some noise. Although there's a rain shower, the water pressure is like a drizzle, making it impossible to take a proper shower, so I had to use the handheld showerhead instead. The breakfast is very mediocre, and all the stir-fried dishes are spicy ಥ_ಥ

The room was clean and well-equipped. It's conveniently located near the subway station and Wenshu Monastery. The staff were very helpful and patiently assisted me multiple times with my requests. Ordering all sorts of delicious takeout was also very easy.

The room was thoroughly cleaned and well-lit, with a mattress of just the right firmness. The soundproofing is solid, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom features a dry and wet separation layout, and the orange-scented toiletries smell wonderful. The front desk service was attentive, orange-flavored gummy candies are available in the lobby, and there is a self-service laundry room. It's ideal for both business trips and extended stays. Overall, it's minimalist yet classy with great value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and hygienic, with a decent-sized room and very good service staff! The only downside is that it's not very convenient to get to this place by subway with luggage, as there are no escalators. But that's not the hotel's fault!

Famous eateries like Yan Tai Po Guokui and Kanjian are also nearby, making it super convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping, saving you a lot of travel hassle. The hotel itself is clean and elegant, with a simple yet grand design. Housekeeping is impeccable, with no corners missed, and the bedding is fresh and odor-free. The service was excellent throughout my stay, with prompt responses to any requests. I had a really comfortable experience, and the breakfast was good too.

It's only about 100 meters from the popular internet-famous hotpot restaurant, Kanjian Hotpot. I often choose Orange Hotel for business trips or travel because I trust it.
