Very good hotel. City centre and Convenient for going anywhere. Direct access for convenient airport and attractions transport. Very good services, People working there are friendly and helpful especially when I checked in earlier when Mia and Freya helped me to ensure my room available earliest possible. Such a warm hospitality environment. Left my things inside the hotel, Freya helped to arrange delivery to my local friend immediately. Very professional. The room is spacious and comfortable and having a great city view. Get my bed ready when I finished shopping downstairs. Will recommend to friends and stay there anytime visiting Chengdu again.

Niccolo Hotel is great!. The room is very spacious with a nice sofa by the window look out to the nice street opposite. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The location of this hotel is 10/10. Very centralise and convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Service is excellent! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

Hotel is premium and centrally located at IFS, just across Taikoo Li. The room is huge and well stacked with amenities, love the big toilet and the grohe shower system. Staff are all friendly and makes you at home. In this location, food is easily accessible and easy to get to anywhere. Definitely will choose to stay here again.

1) Good location over looking taikoo li with street food or restaurant available within the vicinity. 2) great service - front desk able to converse on English n polite. Offered few activities for me to explore in chengdu. 3) clean room n offer late check out. Maybe it wasn't a peak period during my stay. Things to improve. 1) would be good to have a universal travel plug for international travellers. 2) the automated blinds should be down with just 1 push of button instead of holding the button for 2-3 secs.

Everything about the hotel is perfect! Staff are super attentive. Room smells great and is very clean and tidy. Every night there’s a small gift from the hotel when they set up the room for sleeping. We even received bye-bye gifts when we were checking out. Special thanks to Steven Li and Dandy, who went the extra miles to help us buy attraction tickets (because we didn’t have local numbers), make reservations at restaurants, give recommendations on where to visit etc, from days before our check-in date. One of the guests left her jewellery in the room and Steven managed to quickly inform us before we drove away. We are very grateful for him and his team! Will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and we will come back here the next time we visit Chengdu.
