簡直太糟糕！進門雖然是一股香味，但是很悶，關上門，這個門不能反鎖，安全性低，洗手間門關不緊，吹風機衹能吹一下，然後就停了，在繼續吹，吹個頭發都要弄好久，床鋪的被單床套也是壞的，被套很多洞，被單也是壞的，被撕壞的那種，房間的燈好多也打不開，總的來説就衹能良一盞燈，最後，空調也不能用，遙控器沒有電，根本用不了。總之就是很糟糕。

進房間就聞到一股味道了，煙味跟一股莫名的味道，然後打開水壺，就這樣的了！前台服務一般，下去換房的時候，態度一般，一直説打掃衞生阿姨新來的，就水壺裡這東西也不是一天兩天了吧？最後還是換了間房子，説實話，屋內設施陳舊，浴室花灑架脱落等等。環境衞生提升一下吧！最後還是祝老闆生意興隆。

房間大，視野還是開闊，但設施確實不大行，特別是，洗臉刷牙的地方，衹有熱水器到水龍頭一節是涼水，過了那一節，滾燙的水，根本不能洗臉漱口！

帶了小盆友，酒店還提供了小盆友的牙刷和拖鞋，工作人員都很熱情，離開酒店的時候準備帶點熱水給小盆友喝，請他幫忙沖一下我們帶的杯子，他很認真的沖洗，還拿熱水幫我們把杯子燙了燙～
