在小區裏，需要登記訊息刷臉進出，很安全；房間乾淨整潔舒適；老闆娘非常好非常熱情。衞生間也很乾凈，最重要的是，是蹲便器！但是因為在小區裏，在路邊，來這邊住的人也很多，晚上會有點吵，要記得關上窗户，就會好很多。總體還是很滿意的，成都很好，下次還來😃

打了電話，房東立馬來接，還推薦了哪裡吃飯性價比高，房間乾淨，因為是公寓，所以房間窗户外可以晾衣服，如果住幾晚的要換洗衣服的，這點就很方便，離高鐵站也很近，5分鐘就到，價格也合適，我們一家四口，要趕高鐵，走過去就到，推薦

公寓在一個小區裏，成都東站東廣場斜對面，要過2次馬路，小區門口打電話給老闆來接，進小區需刷自己身份證並留下電話號碼，拍照，還得老闆輸驗證碼才能進去。沒有瓶裝水提供，所住房間不算大，一張大床，把房間都填滿了，行李箱都 不好放。燈光很亮，很乾凈，床品舒服，WF和電 視、熱水、空調很給力，蹲坑。缺點：過道不隔音，半夜有人在過道説話就感覺貼在門口一樣，優點：拉着行李箱就可以到火車站，不用擔心堵車延誤火車。價格也很優惠，130一晚又離火車站近，很方便。

房東人很好，服務熱情周到，下到小區門口來接我們，路上還幫忙提行李箱，還給我們推薦好吃的，告訴我們從哪個門出坐車比較方便，離東站很近，步行就到了，好評。在小區樓下不遠的地方散步還有很小花，好看。
