Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li

Great location, just a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. It's also very quiet, perfect for light sleepers. Upon check-in, we received complimentary fruit and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Breakfast on the 30th floor offered fantastic views and good food. I've stayed at other Mercure hotels during my travels before, and their service quality is consistently excellent. I'll definitely choose them again for my next trip.

I brought my family to Chengdu, and first off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's quiet despite being central and close to all the nearby attractions. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff were exceptionally good; when we went out, we hadn't folded our pajamas, but the housekeepers neatly folded them for us when they cleaned the room. The room service staff were also incredibly helpful; when I asked for water, they gave us several extra bottles. The front desk staff were highly professional and very efficient. When I returned after renting a car, I couldn't find the garage entrance, and one of the staff members was waiting at the door to guide me. The breakfast was also fantastic and offered a great variety. Overall, it was an incredibly good stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu, and I've already booked it for my layover today after coming back from Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel amenities are excellent. The laundry room and gym on the 29th floor are free to use all day. The breakfast on the 30th floor is also delicious and abundant, with over 70 options, including a mix of Chinese and Western buffet dishes, and some local Chengdu snacks. The service is great; the butler on WeChat was very attentive, recommending nearby good eats. Most attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries were of good quality. The service was attentive and thoughtful; any requests were promptly addressed. At checkout, they even gave a little panda souvenir to my child, who loved it! It was a very pleasant travel experience overall, comfortable and hassle-free. Definitely my first choice for accommodation when traveling!

The environment is great. It's very close to Chunxi Road, within walking distance. It's also a convenient 30-minute taxi ride to Shuangliu Airport. The front desk staff helped me upgrade my room to a quieter spot with a fantastic view from the high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows. The room also had a mini-bar, and all the facilities were excellent. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary fruit platter and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. The service was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and smiled a lot. When the delivery robot was busy, other staff members helped bring my takeout to my room. They even washed, dried, and folded my laundry before returning it to me.
